Conforming to our standards and policies, the minimum expiry time for medicines delivered will not exceed 6 months. Contact our customer service if you require medicine that has a shorter expiry date.
It takes approximately 10-14 days for your medicine to reach you. You should be aware that delivery times may vary due to technical issues.
One reason is the custom control that must be passed before delivery can proceed. This can be extended due to the high number of packages, customs protocols and changed flight schedules.
A tracking number issued by the logistic company can be used to track the order. You can still track your order if you don’t have a tracking code, but this depends on which company.
You can always ask the Customer service to provide the name of the logistic services when placing your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order. In such cases, we will refund the money you paid and charge only the cancellation fee. Orders that have already been processed and shipped by us will not be cancelable. Sometimes, we can cancel orders within 12 hours of placing them.
